This session will look at some of the innovation happening at SCOR and across the industry which is enabled by having better quality customer data. We expect that these innovations are ultimately benefiting the customer by providing more value to them. However, is this really beneficial and what are our customer’s actual views around sharing data? We will also look at some examples of what can go wrong and how to manage customer data from an ethical perspective.
