Lyndon Masters is a Partner in the Australian Corporate practice of DLA Piper and is a member of the Insurtech Australia Advisory Committee. He is also the Co-founder and Co-chair of DLA Piper Australia’s Disruption and Innovation Group.
Lyndon is very active in advising technology companies of all sizes from start-ups through to multi-nationals, in respect of fundraising, M&A, technology partnerships and corporate venture capital in the Asia Pacific region, with particular expertise in the fintech, insurtech, construction-tech and property-tech.
Simon O’Dell is the CEO of Insurtech Gateway Australia – a one-stop-shop for insurtech founders, where they can get rapid access to underwriting paper, regulatory permissions, investment capital and advice on how to design and build their startup, all surrounded by great insurance partners. The Gateway Fund supports the portfolio post incubation, to Series A and beyond.
