Review of the Enhanced Regulatory Sandbox – Treasury Submission
Insurtech Australia has worked with its members and partners in drafting a response to Treasury’s, ‘Independent Review of the Enhanced Regulatory Sandbox’.
The submission highlights the ineffectiveness of the current ERS Framework to support insurance innovation, being a passive exemptions framework with weak transition pathways and with an innovation test emphasising the underlying product rather than the enabling technology.

The cultural divide between fintech and insurtech, and how collaboration is evolving
