Nathan leads ASIC’s Credit, Payments, General Insurance and Indigenous Outreach Program team, which is within ASIC’s Regulation and Supervision group. Nathan’s team has primary responsibility for the supervision of general insurance providers, credit intermediaries (including mortgage brokers), consumer and small business credit, and electronic payments. He also oversees ASIC’s Indigenous Outreach Program. Previously, Nathan was ASIC’s Senior Executive Leader for Market Infrastructure and he also held senior roles in the Market Supervision team.
He has more than 20 years experience in financial markets, regulation and public policy. Most recently, Nathan was the Director of Wholesale Compliance at the National Australia Bank. He has also held roles at the Reserve Bank of Australia, the Australian Treasury, the UK Financial Conduct Authority and Mitsubishi UFJ Securities in London. Maha is CEO elect of GFTN Solutions, an organisation that helps governments and institutions build financial innovation ecosystems. Currently she is the Centre Head, BIS Innovation Hub Singapore. The centre develops public goods in the technology space to support central banks in how they discharge their roles in a digital economy.
Prior to this, Maha was Head of Department for Early and High Growth Oversight leading the Financial Conduct Authority’s (FCA) response to the Kalifa review of Fintech. A Senior Leadership Team member, she is setting up this new department from the ground up as part of the FCA’s strategy. She joined the FCA in 2017 to set up the first Payments Department and was responsible for crafting and implementing the FCA supervisory strategy for the UK Payments Sector.
Maha served as Chief Payments Officer at Pay.UK on secondment from the FCA, responsible for running the payments operations of BACS, Faster Payments, Image Clearing Services and related managed services.
Maha has a keen interest in observing and participating in the many exciting changes that are unfolding in the financial services, innovation and fintech environment. She is particularly interested in safe and responsible innovation and is the author of the book ‘Fintech Regulation in Practice’. Richard currently serves as the chairman of Greenstone and a director of Hollard Holdings Australia and PetSure Australia. Richard is also a director of Trupanion Inc, a leader of medical insurance for cats and dogs throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, Puerto Rico and Australia.
Richard served as a director of the Insurance Council of Australia from 2013 to 2024, including deputy president from March 2017 to November 2017; president from 2017 to 2019; and deputy president from 2021 to 2024.
Richard also served as a director of The Hollard Insurance Company and The Hollard Life Insurance Company in South Africa from 2004 to 2014, including chairman of both companies from 2008 to 2014.

Paige is a senior financial services executive who has over 20 years of experience in the Insurance industry, in roles covering sales and underwriting, product portfolio and pricing, claims management, business improvement, supplier management, data and analytics, strategy and compliance and risk management. Paige has led several portfolio remediation and claims transformation programs resulting in improved profits close to $80m and improved claims cost reductions of 6%.
She has also used her experience in preparing key executives for the Royal Commission into Financial Services as well as driving a customer transformation program to address shifting community and regulator expectations resulting in uplift of customer satisfaction by 10 percentage points.
Paige was a director on the Insurance Reference Services Board and The Cyclone Testing Advisory Board in her previous capacity as Head of Suncorp, GIO and Vero with Suncorp Group.
Paige is currently the Chief Operations Officer for Hollard Insurance Company. Hollard is a global financial services provider, distributing a wide range of innovation insurance products with operations in Australia, New Zealand, Africa, Europe, India and China.
Paige is Chair of Insurance Council Australia’s (ICA) Consumer Advisory Committee, a member of the ICA Strategy Committee and represents Hollard on the ICA Insurance Inquiry Committee.
Paige has a B.Bus from the Australian Catholic University and is a Graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

If after registering you are unable to attend, you are welcome to nominate someone else to attend in your place. If the substitute is not in the same membership category that was originally booked, ie. non-member or member, an additional fee may be due to reflect the correct rate for the substitute delegate to attend.
