Industry leaders joined with EY and Insurtech Australia in a special roundtable event held during December 2025, participants exploring the findings from EY’s new research on the drivers of – and barriers to – innovation in insurance.
Conversation centred on how insurers are going on the journey of modernising legacy systems, and scaling AI to deliver customer-first experiences supported by new partnerships, as well as the successes achieved and the barriers still to overcome.
We’re looking forward to a continuation of this dialogue as the insurance sector embraces the next wave of innovation.
