Insurtech Australia Responds to ASIC Consultation Paper 383

Insurtech Australia, in consultation with our members and partners, has drafted a submission to the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) on its Consultation Paper 383: ‘Reportable situations and internal dispute resolution data publication’.

Our response considered how these proposals will impact early-stage insurance businesses and those seeking to innovate within the insurance industry through new products, technologies and business models.
