Sydney Event – Thursday May 23rd, 2024
It’s true: Guidewire’s Insurtech Vanguards Pitch Day competition is going global—and first stop is Sydney! In this one-of-a-kind competition, insurtechs doing business in Australia are invited to put their best pitch forward for the chance to be showcased at Guidewire’s annual conference, attended by 3,000 top industry executives, investors and press!
How to Enter
1. Submit a 90 Second Video Pitch by March 22!
- Produce a 90 second demo of your solution and the business problem it solves (Participating organizations must join the Insurtech Vanguards program—learn more here)
- Videos must be 1920×1080 in MOV or MP4 format—professionally produced videos are not required; entries captured in Zoom, Teams, etc. are okay
- Register now to receive a link for uploading your video, which can be done no later than midnight, March 22, 2024
- Once registered, you will be assigned an adviser to help keep you focused on highlighting the business problem your solution addresses
- Guidewire will post all eligible entries on the Pitch Day Sydney website on April 1
2. Get Out the Vote!
- Starting April 1, members of the insurance industry can vote for their choice of best pitch video through midnight, April 17, 2024—if our Pitch Day competition at ITC is any indication, there could be 10,000 or more industry views (One vote per user; other restrictions may apply)
- Promote your pitch video in social media to boost your vote count
- The Top 5 Insurtech Vanguard competitors will be announced on April 22, 2024
3. Pitch Up a Storm on May 23!
- The Top 5 Insurtech Vanguards will represent their value propositions during the Sydney Pitch Day event at the Four Seasons Sydney on May 23—where a Grand Prize winner will be announced
- At stake: the chance to be showcased in the Vanguard Demo Theater at Guidewire Connections 2024, attended by 3,000 top industry executives, investors, and press
